I grew up with Terriers with my first “pet” being an Australian Terrier. Thus began a life-long passion for a variety of dog breeds, dog showing and eventual attainment of licensure as an All-Breed Best in Show judge with the Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC).
Since first stepping into the show ring in 1985 I been an active member of the dog world and have enjoyed many successes with my Westies. I have been actively involved in various dog clubs, and served as President of the British Terrier Club of NSW for 13 years, after serving as Secretary for ten years, and am a former Secretary of the Jack Russell Terrier Club of NSW
I am currently President of Dogs NSW and a member of the Board of Directors of the Australian National Kennel Council.
As an ANKC licensed All-Breeds judge, I have enjoyed judging appointments in Sweden, Denmark, Italy, The Philippines, Thailand, New Zealand and throughout Australia, the highlight being, Jack Russell Terriers and West Highland White Terriers at the prestigious 2015 World Dog Show in Milan, Italy.
